Thermal spray wire
Thermal Spray Wire is widely used in arc and flange flame spray systems, highly anti-corroision and anti-high temperature, coatings to resist heat and prevent scaling of conventional low alloy steels,bond coats for improving the adhesion of top coatings,coatings on moulds in the glass industry.
Stainless Steel 420 wire specifically designed for arc spray processes. It forms a dense, well bonded coatings, with excellent wear resistance and good corrosion resistance. It is widely used for machine elements repair, dimensional restoration, and wear resistant applicaitons. Stainless steel 420 wires' low shrink rate characteristics allows for increased coating thickness on parts requiring heavier coatings.
